Während sich die Matriarchin Caterina weiterhin in das Leben ihrer Töchter einmischt, führt die älteste Tochter Helga die Tanzschule und kommt dem Zahnarzt Hannes näher. Monika konzentriert sich auf die Tanzkarriere ihrer Tochter Dorli. Währenddessen kehrt Eva nach 14 Jahren aus dem Gefängnis zurück, und es fällt ihr schwer, wieder einen Platz im Leben zu finden. Die Familie wird von Linda Müller begleitet, die für einen Fernsehsender eine Dokumentation über das Traditionsunternehmen „Galant“ drehen möchte.
